Sofía Gutiérrez is a lawyer specializing in the field of civil-procedural and criminal law. She has more than ten years of experience in banking law and also in advising and processing legal proceedings in real estate and leasing matters; obligations and contracts; registration of trademarks and industrial designs at a national and European level; and advice on commercial disputes arising from the operations of companies and individuals in China or Hong Kong.
