Inés is a Lawyer with a broad expertise in Commercial Law and international contracts, having more than 10 years of professional experience as a corporate lawyer.

She advises domestic and international clients in company acquisitions and restructuring processes, commercial contracting and Corporate Law, having at her disposal wide expertise in these fields.

Inés has participated in several transactions, advising companies during acquisitions, investment and finance.

She is actively involved in advising start-ups, business incubators and accelerators, business angels and venture capital companies.

Moreover, she specialises in advising Foundations, Associations, Federations and non-profit organisations.
