Fe is a Partner in the Labour Department with over 25 years of experience advising companies and executives at both national and international levels in the areas of Employment Law, International Mobility, and Pensions.

She has an extensive professional career developed at several well-known law firms. Her professional background has focused primarily on advising on and designing strategies to address Human Resources issues, including social security, international mobility, and private social security schemes.

She assists clients with the strategy and implementation of Human Resources initiatives, such as employee transfers, collective bargaining, due diligence processes, individual and collective dismissals, senior executives, as well as day-to-day advice on the development of employment relationships and conflicts between executives, employees, and the company. She also represents companies and executives in employment and social security proceedings, as well as before the Labour and Social Security Inspectorate.

In addition, she is co-author of the book “1,000 Questions on Expatriation” published by Francis Lefebvre.
