Fe is a Partner in the Labour and Employment Law Department of Net Craman, bringing more than 25 years of experience advising companies and executives on labour law, international mobility, pensions, and human resources strategy at both national and international levels.

Her distinguished career, developed in several prestigious law firms, has focused on providing practical solutions to complex HR challenges, including social security, expatriation, and private pension schemes.

She assists clients with the design and implementation of HR strategies and policies, covering employee transfers and subrogations, collective bargaining, due diligence processes, individual and collective dismissals, executive contracts, and day-to-day employment relations management.

In addition, she has extensive experience representing companies and executives in labour litigation, social security disputes, and proceedings before the Labour Inspectorate.

Fe is also co-author of the book “1,000 Questions on Expatriation” (Francis Lefebvre), reflecting her recognized expertise in international labour mobility and expatriate management.
