Jorge Puig, founding partner of Net Craman Abogados, has more than 20 years of experience providing legal advice to companies in Spain and abroad. He is a recognised specialist in International Business Law, Corporate Law, and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), advising on company acquisitions, joint ventures, mergers, corporate restructurings, and complex cross-border transactions.
