NET CRAMAN has participated in a Seminar  held at the Consulate General of Spain in Hong Kong (Spanish Trade Commission / OFECOMES) about the new legal framework of the Law 14/2013, of 27 September 2013 for qualified immigration, promoting the international mobility of professionals and executives and attracting foreign investment.

This event was co-organized by WISE TREASURE, a Hong Kong company created and managed by Mr. Juan Gibert specialized in investment and property management in Spain; HKL International Consulting company ( Hong Kong) Limited, a consulting company specialized in immigration services; and by Net Craman Lawyers.

Maria Pérez-Ribes, the Deputy Consul General and Commissioner for Economic & Commercial Affairs of the Consulate General of Spain (Trade Commission) in Hong Kong, was not only the host bust also one of the speakers.

Mr. Álvaro De Luis, our Managing Partner in Asia, introduced the New legal framework of the Law 14/2013 which aims to promote the enterprise culture and create an environment that is conductive to economic activity and facilitate the entry of investment and talent for the purpose of fostering economic growth and creating jobs. The aim of this Law is to introduce a flexible system which facilitates and accelerates visa and residence authorizations  concessions to investors, entrepreneurs and highly qualified professionals.

Several Chinese investors interested in the Spanish Real Estate market and also searching for business opportunities in Spain (M&A aimed at companies holding trademarks, know how and technology), attended the event.
